What this fee is — and what it is not

Your booking or enrollment fee pays Direct Media Services, LLC for intake, qualification, provider matching, scheduling and coordination.

It is not payment for the home repair or installation itself. The independent provider we match you with quotes and bills separately for the work they perform, under their own terms. We do not perform home repairs or installations, and we do not underwrite home warranty contracts.

Answered plainly

Is the booking fee the cost of my repair?
No — and this is the most important thing to understand. The booking fee pays Direct Media Services for intake, qualification, provider matching, scheduling and coordination. The provider we match you with quotes and bills you separately for the actual repair or installation work, under their own terms. We do not perform home repairs ourselves.
When exactly am I charged?
At checkout, after your job details are captured and after the exact fee is displayed on screen. All pricing is disclosed prior to payment authorization. You will never be charged an amount you have not seen first.
Is this a subscription?
No. The fee is charged once per booking. There is no recurring billing, no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel later.
What happens if you cannot find me a provider?
You get a full refund of the booking fee. The same applies if we cannot schedule the appointment, if you cancel before a provider is matched, or if the fee was charged in error. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the complete terms.
Why is there a range from $89 to $149?
The fee depends on the booking level you choose. Standard ($89), Priority ($119), Premium ($149). Standard covers intake, qualification, matching and scheduling. Priority adds front-of-queue placement and re-verification of the provider. Premium adds a dedicated coordinator, full onboarding and rescheduling assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, through a secure PCI-compliant payment link our team sends you after your request is qualified. No card details are ever entered on this website.
How will the charge appear on my statement?
It appears as Direct Media Services, LLC. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us before disputing it — most questions are resolved the same day.
