What the booking fee does and does not cover

The $89 – $149 fee pays Direct Media Services for intake, qualification, provider matching and scheduling. It is not payment for Siding work, parts or materials — the licensed provider we match you with quotes and bills that separately.

Answers before you book

Can you match my existing siding?

Often, though discontinued colours and profiles can be difficult. The contractor will tell you honestly at inspection whether a patch will blend or a larger section is needed.

Repair or full replacement?

Isolated damage on otherwise sound siding is a repair. Widespread rot, or moisture that has reached the sheathing, usually means replacement.

Will siding work disturb the interior?

Rarely. Siding is exterior work, though you should expect noise and should move vehicles and patio furniture clear of the work area.

Is the booking fee the cost of my repair?

No — and this is the most important thing to understand. The booking fee pays Direct Media Services for intake, qualification, provider matching, scheduling and coordination. The provider we match you with quotes and bills you separately for the actual repair or installation work, under their own terms. We do not perform home repairs ourselves.

When exactly am I charged?

At checkout, after your job details are captured and after the exact fee is displayed on screen. All pricing is disclosed prior to payment authorization. You will never be charged an amount you have not seen first.

Is this a subscription?

No. The fee is charged once per booking. There is no recurring billing, no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel later.
