Your job goes to a provider in our network who holds the licence and insurance for that trade in your state.

We lock the date and time window with both sides and send you a written confirmation with the provider’s details.

What the booking fee does and does not cover

The $89 – $149 fee pays Direct Media Services for intake, qualification, provider matching and scheduling. It is not payment for Roofing work, parts or materials — the licensed provider we match you with quotes and bills that separately.

Answers before you book

Will a roofer help with my insurance claim?
Many roofers in the network are experienced with storm damage claims and will document the damage for your adjuster. They cannot act as your public adjuster, and neither can we.
Repair or replace?
That depends on the age of the roof, the extent of the damage and the material. A contractor will give you both options with pricing after the inspection.
How long does a replacement take?
A typical asphalt shingle re-roof on an average home is one to three days, weather permitting. The contractor will confirm after inspection.
Is the booking fee the cost of my repair?
No — and this is the most important thing to understand. The booking fee pays Direct Media Services for intake, qualification, provider matching, scheduling and coordination. The provider we match you with quotes and bills you separately for the actual repair or installation work, under their own terms. We do not perform home repairs ourselves.
When exactly am I charged?
At checkout, after your job details are captured and after the exact fee is displayed on screen. All pricing is disclosed prior to payment authorization. You will never be charged an amount you have not seen first.
Is this a subscription?
No. The fee is charged once per booking. There is no recurring billing, no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel later.
