HVAC Repair & Installation Appointments

A failed air conditioner in July or a dead furnace in January is not a job that waits. We take your details, confirm a licensed HVAC contractor covers your ZIP code, and get an appointment window on the books — usually the same business day.

Common jobs

What we book under HVAC

  • AC not cooling or blowing warm air
  • Furnace or heat pump not heating
  • No airflow, weak airflow or loud operation
  • Refrigerant leaks and frozen coils
  • Thermostat and control board faults
  • Full system replacement and new installs
  • Annual tune-ups and seasonal maintenance
  • Ductwork inspection and repair
Worth knowing: Heating and cooling failures are our highest-volume emergency category. Priority Booking exists for exactly this.

The process

How your HVAC booking works

01

Tell us about the job

Two minutes, one form. The trade you need, where the property is, and when you are free. No account, no back-and-forth.

02

We qualify the request

Our team checks the job is serviceable in your ZIP code and that a provider in that trade can actually take it. If we can’t help, you are told before you pay.

03

You see the fee, then choose

The exact one-time booking fee is shown on screen before any payment is authorized. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

04

We match a licensed provider

Your job goes to a provider in our network who holds the licence and insurance for that trade in your state.

05

Your appointment is confirmed

We lock the date and time window with both sides and send you a written confirmation with the provider’s details.

What the booking fee does and does not cover

The $89 – $149 fee pays Direct Media Services for intake, qualification, provider matching and scheduling. It is not payment for HVAC work, parts or materials — the licensed provider we match you with quotes and bills that separately.

HVAC questions

Answers before you book

Can I get a same-day HVAC appointment?
Often, yes — Priority Booking puts your job at the front of the queue and we match against providers with same-day availability. It is never guaranteed, and it depends on your ZIP code and the time of day you book.
Does the booking fee include the repair?
No. The HVAC contractor quotes and bills the repair or installation separately. Your booking fee covers our intake, qualification, matching and scheduling only.
Will the technician be licensed?
Yes. We verify state HVAC licensing and general liability insurance for every contractor in the network before routing work to them.
Is the booking fee the cost of my repair?
No — and this is the most important thing to understand. The booking fee pays Direct Media Services for intake, qualification, provider matching, scheduling and coordination. The provider we match you with quotes and bills you separately for the actual repair or installation work, under their own terms. We do not perform home repairs ourselves.
When exactly am I charged?
At checkout, after your job details are captured and after the exact fee is displayed on screen. All pricing is disclosed prior to payment authorization. You will never be charged an amount you have not seen first.
Is this a subscription?
No. The fee is charged once per booking. There is no recurring billing, no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel later.

Need HVAC sorted?

Tell us what is wrong, and we will qualify the job and put a licensed provider in your calendar. The fee is shown before you pay — and refunded in full if we cannot match you.
