Our team checks the job is serviceable in your ZIP code and that a provider in that trade can actually take it. If we can’t help, you are told before you pay.

You see the fee, then choose

The exact one-time booking fee is shown on screen before any payment is authorized. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

We match a licensed provider

Your job goes to a provider in our network who holds the licence and insurance for that trade in your state.

Your appointment is confirmed

We lock the date and time window with both sides and send you a written confirmation with the provider’s details.

What the booking fee does and does not cover

The $89 – $149 fee pays Direct Media Services for intake, qualification, provider matching and scheduling. It is not payment for Landscaping work, parts or materials — the licensed provider we match you with quotes and bills that separately.

Answers before you book

Do you handle large tree removal?

Yes — but large removals near structures or power lines need a certified arborist with the right insurance, and that match can take a little longer to schedule.

Can I get a recurring lawn schedule?

Yes. Tell us the frequency you want in the intake form and we will match a company that services your area on that cycle.

When is the best time for lawn renovation?

For cool-season grasses, early autumn is usually ideal. For warm-season grasses, late spring. Your landscaper will advise for your region and grass type.

Is the booking fee the cost of my repair?

No — and this is the most important thing to understand. The booking fee pays Direct Media Services for intake, qualification, provider matching, scheduling and coordination. The provider we match you with quotes and bills you separately for the actual repair or installation work, under their own terms. We do not perform home repairs ourselves.

When exactly am I charged?

At checkout, after your job details are captured and after the exact fee is displayed on screen. All pricing is disclosed prior to payment authorization. You will never be charged an amount you have not seen first.

Is this a subscription?

No. The fee is charged once per booking. There is no recurring billing, no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel later.
