When you give consent on one of our forms, this page describes who may contact you. We keep it current, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Who receives your request
Every request is sent to a small number of matched partners in the category you selected: the licensed agents, carriers, providers or suppliers who can actually quote the product in your ZIP code. If you also checked the consent box, our marketing partners in related categories may contact you about related offers. Both groups are bound by written agreements that require them to honor opt-outs and comply with telemarketing, privacy and licensing laws.
Life, final expense and health insurance
Independent insurance agents and agencies licensed in your state, and the carriers they represent.
Medicare
Licensed, carrier-certified agents and agencies offering Medicare Advantage, Supplement and Part D plans. Not affiliated with Medicare or the U.S. government.
Community solar
Solar project developers and subscriber organizations enrolling customers in participating utility territories.
Home warranty
Home service contract providers registered in your state, and the agencies that enroll customers for them.
Energy plans
Retail electricity and natural gas suppliers and brokers licensed by your state public utility commission.
Related offers
Marketing partners offering products closely related to your request, such as supplemental insurance, home services or energy efficiency programs.
Current list of companies. The specific companies in our network change as partners join and leave. A current list of the marketing partners that may contact you is available at any time by emailing info@directmediaservicesllc.com with the subject “Marketing partner list request”, or by calling (405) 504-3786. We will send it within two business days.
Withdrawing consent. Reply STOP to any text, tell any caller to remove you, or email us with the phone number you used on the form and we will pass your opt-out to every partner that received your information.

We work with licensed agents and agencies, carriers, solar developers, home warranty administrators, and retail energy suppliers and brokers who want consented, category-specific consumer requests.

- TrustedForm and Jornaya certification available on request
- Routed by category and ZIP code, with duplicate and bot filtering
- Partners must hold the required state license and honor opt-outs within one business day
